Winter falls over the west end of Williams the morning of Dec. 16.
The crew from the Espee Cinder Pit assists city of Williams crews with nighttime snow removal. A windy, white winter storm dropped four to eight inches on Williams Dec. 16, cancelling schools and closing a number of businesses in the area. More snow is called for on Dec. 17, though the winter weather is expected to slow down by the weekend.
