WILLIAMS, Ariz. - Pete Baldwin and Mark Roggenbuck of Platinum Realty Network recently opened up shop at Wild West Junction.

Baldwin said the two hope to "bring a sophisticated level to the real estate business in Williams."

Baldwin and Roggenbuck do all kinds of real estate, including commercial, residential, land, subdivisions, development and business brokerage.

"I have a very large inventory of listings in the Williams area," Baldwin said.

He added that the real estate market is doing well in Williams.

"We don't have a super up-spike in sales and price increases, but it's a very steady market," he said.

Baldwin has had his real estate license for 20 years and Roggenbuck has had his license for two years.

The two come to town from the Valley but both have second homes in Williams.

"For me, I'm from Montana originally and so I always had a draw to the mountains," Baldwin said. "My wife and I came into Williams and we bought a piece of property that day. I was hooked."

Roggenbuck was also attracted to the environment in northern Arizona.

"I've been actively involved up here in hunting and recreation for years, and that's kind of what prompted me to buy a house up here," he said.

The Platinum Realty Network office is open seven days a week.

"If we're not here we're around town showing properties," Baldwin said.

The office is at 321 E. Route 66, Suite B. More information is available from Baldwin at (602) 903-1730 or from Roggenbuck at (602) 903-1771.
