Letter: Thanks to WAAG supporters
Williams-Grand Canyon News

To the editor,

This is a thank you to Susan Gehre who donated the rest of her parents' (Art and Irma Matson) estate to the Williams Animal Action Group (WAAG).

Local volunteers Diane Swartz and Laura and Allan Duncan organized a yard sale and successfully emptied the house. The proceeds allowed WAAG to pay its most recent veterinary bill. Yippee!

As of this date, WAAG has helped to spay and neuter 3,701 dogs and cats! The donations we receive in cash and crushed aluminum cans keep the costs animal owners pay for surgeries affordable. We cherish the decades of support you all have maintained. And WAAG volunteers appreciate the many thank yous we receive.

More information about WAAG is available at 635-2595.

Kali Kaliche

President, WAAG

There are also two pieces of artwork that are for sale for a donation to WAAG. The artwork is on display at Bankers Real Estate, 106 S. 9th St. behind Family Dollar. The artwork is also donated by Susan Gehre from the home of her parents, Art and Irma Matson. Please stop by to see the artwork and support WAAG. Thanks!
