The Williams Police Department (WPD) answered the following calls for service (among others) -

• Officers responded to a child welfare call on Grant Ave.;

• Officers took a private property accident report at a local hotel;

• Officers arrested a man for several spray paint criminal damage charges and are looking for three more suspects who were identified;

• Officers assisted the Department of Public Safety with a trailer fire on I-40;

• Officers responded to a disturbance on First St.;

• Officers assisted Lifeline at a local hotel;

• Officers took a report of a private property accident at a local hotel;

• Officers conducted a welfare check on Fifth St.;

• Officers responded and removed drunk people causing issues at a local hotel;

• Officers took a phone harassment report on Seventh St.;

• Officers responded to a disturbance at a local hotel, drunk subjects were told to go inside;

• Officers responded to a disturbance on Grand Canyon Blvd., three drunk people were removed to their hotel; and

• Officers issued nine citations and gave out 22 warnings.
