The Williams Police Department answered the following calls for service -

• Officers arrested a man for a felony warrant and a burglary on Railroad Ave.;

• Officers responded to a suspicious person on Sheridan Ave.;

• Officers found an open door at a residence on Herefor:

• Officers responded to a water leak on Second St. and Rt. 66 and called the water department;

• Officers responded to a disturbance on Grand Canyon Blvd.;

• Officers responded to a fight on Route 66 and arrested a man for disorderly conduct;

• Officers dealt with a mental health issue at a local hotel;

• Officers took in found property on Seventh St.;

• Officers assisted Lifeline at several locations;

• Officers took a criminal damage report on Second St.;

• Officers took a private property accident report at local hotel;

• Officers read books at Heritage School as part of reading week;

• Officers took a criminal damage report on Third St.;

• Officers took in found property on Grand Canyon Blvd.;

• Officers responded to a suspicious person on Grand Canyon Blvd.;

• Officers responded to a disturbance on Fulton Ave. and told an intoxicated man to go inside and quiet down;

• Officers arrested a woman for driving with a suspended license on Railroad Ave.;

• Officers responded to a natural gas smell on First St. but found nothing in the area;

• Officers responded to suspicious activity on Rodeo Rd.;

• Officers took a report of an assault that occurred on Fulton Ave.;

• Officers dealt with juveniles smoking on Sixth St.;

• Officers responded to a noise complaint on Rodeo Rd.;

• Officers issued 2 citation and gave out 8 warnings.

Anyone with any information is urged to call the WPD at (928) 635-4461. Anonymous tips can be left at any time at (928) 635-5992. Those who want to report a crime while remaining anonymous, can also call Silent Witness at (928) 774-6111 or (877) 29-CRIME. Silent Witness offers rewards of up to $1,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
