Community United Methodist Church

Weekly fellowship opportunities include -

• Tuesday - 1-3 p.m., Not Sew Perfect Quilters.

• Wednesday - 6 p.m. Recharge Soup/Salad Fellowship; 7 p.m. Recharge Study, "Intentional Life."

• Thursday - 10 a.m. Women's Bible study; 6 p.m., Youth Group.

• Sunday - 8:45 a.m. adult Sunday school; 9:50 a.m. prayer time before worship; 10 a.m. Young Disciples Church; and 11:30 a.m. fellowship.

Family Harvest Church

Pastor Tim Milner and David Gutshall invite you and your family to be our guest every week. We have something for the whole family. We are a Christ centered church. Loving people and bringing them into a relationship with God through His Son Jesus Christ is what we are all about. We have Spirit filled worship led by Lance Beavers, and a message that will speak truth into your life. Our weekly schedule includes -

• Sunday - 10:30 a.m., Worship and Word; 11 a.m., Kids Church; 6 p.m. Evening Service, last Sunday night of the month community service.

•Monday - 4:30 p.m., Women's Bible Study; 5:30 p.m.,Youth Leadership Development; 6:30 p.m., Youth Group with live music from the Beavers Boys.

• Wednesday - 6 p.m., Life Lessons.

• Thursday - Youth Leadership Development, 5:30 p.m.; Youth Live Worship by the Beaver Boys, 7 p.m.

Last Thursday of the month is Ladies Mission to Hope Cottage in Flagstaff. Third Wednesday and last Thursday of the month is Sunshine Rescue Mission to feed and teach about the love of Christ.

St. John's Episcopal-Lutheran Church

"The Almighty will judge the earth to its ends; and will give strength to the ruler of God's own choosing." 1 Samuel 2:10.

Book study continues each Sunday morning at 9 a.m. in Walker Hall prior to the 10:30 morning worship. They are studying the Gnostic Gospels.

The season of Advent begins this Sunday, Dec. 2. St. John's will again be presenting to the community Advent concerts each Sunday afternoon in Advent at 4 p.m. All are invited.

The schedule is as follows:

Dec. 2: Bluegrass Music of the Season

Dec. 9: The Arizona Mountain Chorale

Dec. 16: Elizabeth Elgin, principal harpist of the Flagstaff Symphony

Dec. 23: Traditional Lessons and Carols (in Spanish and English).

St. Joseph Catholic Church

Weekly events include -

• Friday - 4 p.m., Holy Hour and Benediction; and 5 p.m., Daily Mass.

• Saturday - 4 p.m., Confessions; 4:30 p.m., Holy Rosary; 5 p.m., English Vigil Mass; 6:30 p.m., Santo Rosario; and 7 p.m., Santa Misa Vigilia.

• Sunday - 7:30 a.m. Rosary; 8 a.m. Mass in English.

• Tuesday - 5 p.m., Daily Mass.

The church office is open 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Friday.

First Baptist Church

The First Baptist Church invites community members to come be a part of their rejuvenating ministry. The church mission is to change hearts and change lives, one soul at a time. FBC is a Christ-centered Church that preaches the Word of God with compassion and encouragement, as well as an understanding of the world today. Bring the whole family for salad and ice cream sundaes at 6 p.m.; Bible discussion - 6:20-7:45 p.m. Young adult fellowship is meeting now.

• Pastor's Coffee - Sunday 9:30 a.m. join pastor for coffee and pastry. Pastor's Coffee is an informal get together for guests and visitors to visit and ask questions about the Assembly of God fellowship and our local church.

• Celebration Service - Sundays 10 a.m. Passionate worship and relevant, Biblical messages. Join us for a walk though the Kingdom of God as Jesus shared in the NT Parables.

Calvary Chapel Williams

This week's regularly scheduled church events include -

• Wednesday - Midweek study begins at 7 p.m. at the church.

• Thursday - Junior and Senior High School Youth Group will meet at 6:30 p.m. at the church.

• Sunday - An Hour of Prayer begins at 9 a.m. Please join us to pray for the needs of our community, state, nation and world. Sunday worship service begins at 10 a.m. Pastor Mike is currently teaching through the Book 1 of Corinthians.

Jehovah's Witnesses

The Jehovah's Witnesses warmly welcome you to their weekly Bible meetings:

• Sunday - Bible discourse, 10 a.m.; Watchtower study, Matthew 6:10.

• Thursday - Theocratic Ministry School, Congregation Bible Study, service meeting, 7:30 p.m., John 6:45.

All meetings are held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 5495 N. Sunset Strip, and are open to the public.

Canyon Chapel - a Foursquare Church

Happy Thanksgiving!!! Come and worship with us as we celebrate Jesus and the life of freedom he has provided for us. Pastors Ken and Lori Edes and Dave and Gwen Nenne have served in Williams for over 22 years. Our focus is on abundant grace, living as royalty, learning to live our lives like Jesus lived His life with signs and wonders following, and creating a culture of honor among us. We also focus on missions, supporting those who are there and sending some to the nations, currently one of our own is in returning from a missions trip to India. In December we have a team traveling to an orphanage in Mexico.

Join us every Sunday Morning at 9:30 a.m. for coffee and fellowship. Our celebration service begins at 10 a.m. with Kid's Church at 11 a.m.

Tuesday's at 7 p.m. study the book of Romans taught by Dr. Art Cole.

Wednesday from 6:00-8 p.m. join Y-Force, our youth ministry for tweens to teens (fifth grade through high school)
